Nepal Agro Laghubitta inks deal with Nepal SBI Merchant Bank; Merchant Bank to function as microfinance’s share registrar

Nepal Agro Laghubitta and Nepal SBI Merchant Bank have reached to an agreement on Baisakh 17, 2076 under which the merchant bank will function as the share registrar of the microfinance institution.
The agreement for the same was signed between CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Chhapi Raj Pant and his counterpart in microfinance Mr. Tejendra Sharma Lamsal.
