Nepal Agro Laghubitta convenes 4th AGM; endorses decision to provide 15% bonus shares to its shareholders as per board’s decision

Nepal Agro Laghubitta has convened its 4th AGM on Poush 12, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Ramesh Kumar Karmacharya. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide dividend i.e. 15% bonus shares and Rs 3.93 lakh cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
Similarly, the AGM also elected Mr. Navaraj Ghimire and Mr. Ganga Prasad Tamang as new board members from the general public group, as per the media statement.
