Neco Insurance distributing bonus share certificate from today; Bonus shares to be deposited directly into Demat A/C

Neco Insurance is distributing bonus share certificate from today (Magh 22, 2072).The insurance comapny is distributing bonus share certificates of 12.71 bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit of the fiscal year 2070/71. The shareholders who have Dematerialized their shares by Bhadra 30, 2072 will get their shares directly deposited into their respective Demat A/C. Other shareholder will get paper certificate as this bonus share is from the fiscal year 2070/71. The 19^th AGM of the insurance company held on Ashoj 15, 2072 had approved 12.71 percent bonus to its shareholders. The share certificated will be distributed from Sunday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Shareholders should contact the central office at Anamnagar for the bonus share certificates. Notes:

1. Shareholders shall bring original share certificate and identity card for collecting the share certificate.
2. Letter of Authorization along with the original share certificate and identity card should be sent in case the shareholder cannot collect the share certificates themselves.
3. Shareholders having Demat account will have their bonus share directly transferred to the Demat account.
4. The bonus share certificate will be distributed from 10:00AM- 4:00 PM excluding the holiday.
