NCHL Receives ICAN Merit Award for Excellence in Corporate Reporting

Nepal Clearing House Ltd. has received the Certificate of Merit at the National Best Presented Annual Report Award (BPA) 2025, organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal under the Communication and IT Sector category. The recognition was awarded based on the evaluation of NCHL’s annual report and disclosure practices for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The award highlights NCHL’s continued commitment to financial transparency, strong corporate governance, accountability, and high standards of corporate reporting. This adds to the company’s long history of receiving similar recognitions from both ICAN and the South Asian Federation of Accountants.

As Nepal’s national payment infrastructure provider, NCHL currently operates major digital payment systems including connectIPS, IPS, NEPALPAY QR, National Payment Switch, EFT Card Switch, and NEPALPAY Card, serving 52 banks and financial institutions along with more than 125 indirect and technical members across Nepal’s financial ecosystem.
