Ncell Launches Monsoon Offer with Up to 20% Cashback on Pack Purchases

Ncell has introduced a limited-period Monsoon Offer for prepaid customers, providing instant cashback of 5% to 20% on eligible pack purchases worth Rs. 50 or more and on new prepaid SIM purchases. Customers receive cashback in their Ncell App account after activating an eligible pack, with rewards claimable within 24 hours and redeemable within seven days.

Cashback rates are based on pack value: 5% for Rs. 50–99, 10% for Rs. 100–200, 15% for Rs. 201–499, and 20% for packs worth Rs. 500 and above. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, though customers can accumulate rewards through multiple eligible purchases.

According to Upanga Dutta, Chief Consumer Business Officer at Ncell, the campaign aims to provide greater value while encouraging customers to explore the Ncell App, which offers exclusive partner benefits, promotions, and digital services. The Monsoon Offer is part of Ncell's broader strategy to strengthen its digital ecosystem and enhance the customer experience.
