NCC Bank to holds 16th and 17th AGM on Poush 30; 38% bonus in offing

NCC Bank Limited (NCCB)  is going to hold its 16th and 17th  Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 30, 2071; which will endorse 38 percent bonus share and 2 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

The annual general meeting is schedule to sit at Nirvana Hotel, Siddhartha Nagar, Rupandehi at 10 AM on Poush 30, 2071.

The bank also announced book closure date starting from Poush 9 to Poush 30.

There is also the election for 5 directors representing promoters group and 3 directors representing public shareholders group.

Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2069/70 and 2070/71.
