NCC Bank plans dividend

KATHMANDU, APR 13:
The 15th AGM of Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCC) held in Siddharthanagar, Rupandehi district, has approved the financials of last fiscal year and five per cent bonus shares. Similarly, the AGM has elected Bedhman Singh Malla, Ashok Shamsher JBR and Hari Prasad Bhattarai representing the general shareholders group.
