NCC Bank extends deadline for 50% right issuance; Shareholders can now apply till Ashoj 22

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) has extended deadline to apply for its 50% right shares. The deadline has been extended till Ashoj 22, 2075. Previously, the issue was supposed to close on Ashoj 07, 2075 i.e. today.

The bank has been issuing 2,33,95,291 unit shares at a par value of Rs 100 from Bhadra 04, 2075.

The shareholders holding the shares till Shrawan 14, 2075 shall be eligible to apply for the right shares of the bank.

Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the right share auction.

Applications can be placed through Meroshare or through any of the financial institutions providing C-ASBA facility.

Currently, the paid up capital of the bank is Rs 4.67 arba. After the adjustment of the right shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will rise to Rs 7.01 arba. The bank will likely distribute bonus shares for the remaining Rs 99 crore to meet the minimum capital requirement of Rs 8 arba.
