NCC Bank convenes its 23rd AGM; endorses proposal of 10.2695% bonus shares and 0.5405% cash dividend to its shareholders

NCC Bank has virtually convened its 23rd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Magh 9, 2077.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10.2695% bonus shares and 0.5405% cash dividend to the shareholders, as per the media statement. After the capitalization of the bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will scale up to Rs 10.31 arba.

The AGM has elected 3 BoDs from the promoter group who are Mr. Upendra Keshari Neupane, Mr. Mohan Bahadur Basnet, Mr. Iman Singh Lama and 3 other board members from the public shareholder group who are Mr. Chandra Prasad Bastola, Ms. Suman Kumari Joshi and Mr. Nisesh Pradhan and has unanimously elected Mr. Upendra Keshari Neupane as the chairman for a tenure of four years.

 

The bank had raised deposits of Rs 79.61 arba, disbursed loans of Rs67.81  arba, earned Rs 1.10 arba as net profit till the end of Asar, 2077, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 127 branches, and 102 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
