NCC Bank convenes its 22nd AGM; endorses decent 15% bonus shares raising the paid up capital to Rs 9.35 arba

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank has convened its 22nd AGM on Magh 17, 2076 under the leadership of bank’s chairman Mr. Upendra Keshari Neupane. Endorsing all the financial reports, the AGM has endorsed to provide 15% bonus shares and 0.7894% cash dividend for tax purposes. After capitalization of the proposed bonus shares, its paid up capital will scale up to Rs 9.35 arba.
The AGM has also appointed PJ Thapa and Company, Chartered Accountants as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
The bank raised Rs 73.38 arba in deposits, issued loans of Rs 63.23 arba, and earned net profit of Rs 1.02 arba during the last fiscal year.
