NBB bank distributing 7% cash dividend directly to the bank account; Shareholders urged to update their Demat account

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) had approved 7% cash dividend and 5% bonus shares for its shareholders from the 25th AGM held on Poush 07, 2076.
The bank has published a notice today informing that the 7% cash dividend is being deposited directly to the bank account of the shareholders from Poush 08, 2076.
Therefore shareholders who haven't yet dematerialized their shares or updated their demat accounts are urged to do so in order to claim dividend.
Nepal Bangladesh Capital Limited is the share registrar of the Bank.
