NB Bank hands over RS 1.10 crore to fight against COVID-19 outbreak; already hands over Rs 5 lakh each to 7 provinces

Nepal Bangladesh Bank has contributed Rs 1.10 crore to Nepal Government for treatment and control of corona virus (COVID 19). The support amount was transferred into corona virus treatment and control fund in account of central government  by the bank.

The support amount was handed over by DY CEO of the bank Mr. Surendra Bhusan Shrestha to secretary in Prime Minister’s office Mr. Narayan Prasad Bidari.

Despite of this adverse situation the bank has been providing banking services from its branches across the country to the extent possible. Likewise, sighting safety of its customers, bank has been encouraging customers to use digital banking products by providing free service.
