NB Bank announces AGM on Mangsir 29; 22% dividend in offing

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) is going to hold its 20th Annual General Meeting on Mangsir 29, 2071; which will endorse 10 percent bonus share and 12 cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The annual general meeting is schedule to sit at Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu at 11 AM on Mangsir 29, 2071.
The bank also announced book closure date on Mangsir 15 to Mangsir 29.
Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71.
In the previous year NB Bank offered 10 percent bonus share and 7.89 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
