Naya Nepal Laghubitta allots its 250% right shares; Remaining 1.03 lakh units to be sold via auction

Naya Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NNLB) has allotted its 250% right shares to its shareholders.
The microfinance company has allotted 4,96,647 unit shares to 1,853 valid applicants. NNLB had floated 6 lakh unit shares for its sharholders.
Remaining 1,03,353 units will be sold via auction in the near future.
NMB Capital had been appointed as the issue manager for the Grade 5 rated issuance.
After the adjustment of the right shares, the paid up capital of the microfinance will reach Rs 8.40 crore.
