Navkiran Laghubitta to convene SGM on Falgun 24; Find the agendas

Navkiran Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Falgun 24, 2076 at Star Foodland, Kuleshwor, Kathmandu (in front of Nepal SBI Bank) from 9 AM owards.

The Board Meeting held on Falgun 02, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:

• Amending the operation expenses.
• Selecting an insurance agent to insure the company's depositors, borrowers, employees, directors, and shareholders.
• Providing rights to BOD to deal with other companies to initiate remittance services.
• Discussing on the decisions made by the merger and acquistion sub-committee of the company.
