National Microfinance Laghubitta to Commence Joint Operation from Ashar 30; Operation of Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta to Be Halted for a Day

After a successful acquisition of Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta, National Microfinance Laghubitta will commence the joint operation in the name of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The operation will commence on 30th Ashar, 2078.

Dhading based National Microfinance Laghubitta and Makwanpur based Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta had both independently endorsed the acquisition-related agenda on their respective AGM. Nepal Rastra Bank then granted approval to the agreement on Baisakh 15. The companies then called their respective SGM exclusively to take the procedure further ahead.

The Due Diligence Audit has equated 100 shares of Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta with 68 shares of National Microfinance Laghubitta. In order to migrate and merge the data, the operation of Mahila Sahayatra Laghubitta will be halted for the entire day on Ashar 29.
