National Microfinance Laghubitta (NMFBS) Proposes 27% Dividend for FY 2076/77; How much in Bonus shares and Cash?

National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) has proposed a 27% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 107th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 19 has proposed a 21% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 26,40,45,250. Thus, the bonus shares amounting to Rs. 5,54,49,502 and cash dividend amounting Rs. 1,58,42,715 will be distributed.

Note that the dividend will only be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 2,432.
