National Life Insurance Honors Top Agents at Annual Chairperson Club Event
National Life Insurance Company has honored its top-performing agents at its annual Chairperson Club program held at Hotel Siddhartha Vilasa in Bhairahawa.
The three-day, two-night event was attended by 565 Chairperson Club members selected for achieving the targets set for FY 2082/83, along with company department heads, provincial and branch heads, and marketing staff.
The program featured the distribution of Chairperson Club memberships and recognition of agents who ranked first, second and third nationwide in individual and network business. Agents achieving outstanding performance under the Centurion Club, National Star, National Superstar and 10 consecutive years of Chairperson Club membership were also honored.
Chairperson Premarajya Lakshmi Singh said the company would continue supporting agents through skill development, capacity building and leadership development initiatives. CEO Suresh Prasad Khatri said the company would focus on strengthening its agent network and improving customer service in the new fiscal year.
The event also included training sessions on anti-money laundering, artificial intelligence and digital platforms. Nepal Insurance Authority Deputy Director Padam Prasad Sadari discussed the need to monitor suspicious activities and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, while trainers Bishwaraj Poudel and Sanjog Koirala covered the use of AI and digital platforms in insurance business.
