National Life Insurance convenes its 31st AGM for the FY 2074-75 a year late; endorses 2.5% bonus shares and 12% cash dividend for shareholders

National Life Insurance Company has convened its 31st AGM on Kartik 24, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chairman Ms. Prema Singh for the FY 2074-75. The AGM has endorsed 2.5% bonus and 12% cash dividend to its shareholders from the same AGM.
The company during the review period had collected insurance premium of Rs 6.44 arba, paid insurance claim amounting to Rs 2.05 arba, earned net profit of Rs 47 crore, has extended investment of Rs 20.95 arba, has insurance fund of Rs 21.47 arba.
