National Life Insurance convenes 30th AGM; endorses 13.50% bonus shares for its shareholders

National Life Insurance Company has convened its 30^th AGM Chaitra 15, 2075. Chairman of the insurance company Ms. Prema Singh presented the financial highlights and other fiscal reports of the insurance company. The AGM has endorsed 13.50% bonus shares for the share holders and cash dividend of Rs 1.88 crore for the tax purposes.

Chairman Ms. Singh reported that the company had collected Rs 506 crore as insurance premium, disbursed Rs 169 crore in insurance claim and earned Rs 41 crore as net profit in the previous fiscal year.
