National Life Insurance Conducts Four-Day Employee Skill Enhancement Workshop
National Life Insurance Company Limited has completed a four-day Employee Skill Enhancement Workshop at Hotel Siddhartha in Nepalgunj, with participation from more than 300 employees.
The workshop brought together the company’s CEO, management team, department heads and administrative staff. The sessions covered artificial intelligence, digital connectivity, anti-money laundering, workplace conduct and customer service.

Nepal Insurance Authority Director Shambhuraj Lamichhane conducted a session on risks of money laundering through insurance, while Bishwaraj Paudel provided practical training on the use of AI. Trainer Sanjog Koirala discussed employee behaviour and its role in shaping an organization’s identity.
The company also recognized seven employees with the Best Employee Award 2083 for their performance. The awardees were Shivesh Thakur, Geeta Kumari Thing, Rukmani Kumari Sharma, Anil Shrestha, Subashmani Pokhrel, Pramila Malla and Bishnujang Shahi.
The workshop also included panel discussions, examinations, drama presentations and sports activities including futsal, table tennis and tug of war. Employees also visited Karnali Chisapani on the final day.
