National Laghubitta Urges Shareholders to Claim Uncollected Cash Dividend

National Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) has distributed a 7.5% cash dividend directly to bank accounts and urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.

The company convened its 10th AGM for the FY 2079/80 on 16th Chaitra, 2080. The company endorsed a 15% dividend for FY 2079/80. The 163rd board of directors meeting on Magh 22 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.08 Arba. 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 16.26 crores, and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 16.26 crores.

Also, the company has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares if they still need to update their bank information in the Demat account and are requested to do so to receive the dividend.

Additionally, suppose eligible investors had taken a loan against the company's shares before the book closure date. In that case, they should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.

The company has urged the investors who have not yet claimed their cash dividends to visit the respective bank where their accounts were opened to collect their dividend payments.
