National Hydropower Company’s 22nd AGM on 19th Jestha; book closure from 15th Baisakh to 20th Baisakh

National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC) has published notice regarding the 22^nd AGM of the company.

The BOD meeting held on 3^rd Baisakh, 2076 has decided that the 22^nd AGM of the company will be held on 19^th Jestha, 2076 (2^nd June, 2019) at CMD Foodland, Tangal from 11 AM onwards.

The agendas of the AGM include endorsement of audited financial report of FY 74/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 75/76.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed form 15^th Baisakh to 20^th Baisakh, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 14^th Baisakh, 20176 will be eligible to attend the AGM of the company.
