National Hydropower Company to convene its 21st AGM today

National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC) is going convene its 21st AGM on Ashad 15, 2075. The decision was made by the board of directors meeting on Jestha 24, 2075. The AGM will be held in Godawari Almonine Association Sabha Hall, Thamel, Kathmandu at 11 AM.
The agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited report for fiscal year 2073/74 and appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75.
Shareholders' book remained closed from Asadh 1 to Asadh 8, 2075 for the purpose of the AGM. Only those shareholder holding shares one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Jestha 31, 2075 are eligible to participate in the AGM.
