National Hydropower Company to convene its 21st AGM on Ashad 15th

National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC) will be convening its 21st AGM on Ashad 15th, 2075. As per the decision made by the meeting of the board of directors on Jestha 24th, 2075, the AGM will be held in Godawari Almonine Association Sabha Hall, Thamel, Kathmandu at 11 AM.
Other agendas of the meeting include issuance of audited report for fiscal year 2073/74 and appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75.
Shareholders' book will remain closed from Asadh 1 to Asadh 8, 2075 for the purpose of the AGM. Only those shareholder holding shares one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Jestha 31, 2075 are eligible to participate in the AGM.
