National Hydropower Company to conduct 23rd AGM on Ashad 21; No dividend to shareholders

The BOD meeting held on 28th Jestha, 2077 has decided that the 23rd AGM of National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC) will be held on 21st Ashad, 2077. The AGM meeting will be held at Panas Party Palace, Dhapasi, Kathmandu at 10 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM will be to endorse the audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and to appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The Chairman of the company will also discuss the highlights of the previous year with the shareholders.
The company has not distributed any dividend for the shareholders yet and it is expected that the same trend will be followed this year as well.
The book closure for this purpose is from 11th Ashad to 16th Ashad, 2077. Investors holding shares of the company till 10th Ashad, 2077 will be eligible to attend the AGM of the hydropower company.
