National Hydro Power Company Reschedules AGM to be Held on 31 Ashar

National Hydro Power Company Limited has rescheduled its 24th AGM for 31st Ashar, 2078.
The AGM of the company was previously postponed twice due to the pandemic. These are the agendas of the AGM:
a) Discuss and endorse the report for FY 2076/77.
b) Appointment of auditor for FY 2077/78 and approval of compensation.
c) Endorsement of the decision made by BOD regarding the corporate guarantee of loan taken by Lower Irkhuwa Hydropower Project.
d) Miscellaneous.
The book closure date was declared on Chaitra 13. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM. As of writing, the company has an LTP of Rs. 322.
