National Cooperative Bank allocates responsibilities to its newly elected BoDs; forms 10 sub-committees for its smooth operation

National Cooperative Bank has allocated responsibilities for its newly elected BoDs from its recently held 19th AGM.

The cooperative bank has formed ten different committees to take care of different units which include Mr. Ram Bahadur G.C. as coordinator of the Information, publication and technology sub-committee, Ms. Amrita Subba as coordinator for investigation against money laundering sub-committee, Ms. Parbati Thapa for Employee Benefits Review sub-committee, Mr. Kedar Manandhar for policy and guidance sub-committee, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Giri for Microfinance and industries sub-committee, Mr. Madavlal Devkota for Education, training and recognition sub-committee, Mr. Siwa Thapa for small and cottage industries sub-committee, Ms. Tara Gurung for gender inclusion sub-committee, Mr. Manoj Kumar Thapa for business promotion and upgradation sub-committee and Mr. Dhrubraj Bista for risk analysis and management sub-committee, as per the media statement.

The cooperative bank, through its 19th AGM has elected 15-member board with Mr. K.B. Upreti as its chairman, and also formed an accounts supervision sub-committee under Mr. Laxmi Prasad Upreti, as per the media statement.
