National Co-operative Bank Limited will be convening its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 03, 2076 at Bhrikuti Mandap Parisar, Pradarshani Marga, Singha Durbar, kathmandu from 8 AM onwards.
The agendas for the AGM are:
- Approval of the Annual Report.
- Approval of financial statements of FY 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor and determination of remuneration.
- Endorsing dividend.
