National Banking Institute organizes seminar for candid discussion on Today and Tomorrow of Nepalese banking fraternity; beautiful lake city Pokhara sees gathering of more than 100 bankers

National Banking Institute (NBI) has conducted a seminar entitled “Banking Today and Tomorrow” in Pokhara where more than 100 heads and representative of BFIs in Pokhara participated. The one day event was jointly inaugurated by head of Nepal Rastra Bank Pokhara unit Dr. Dilliram Pokhrel and CEO of NBI Mr. Sanjib Subba.

The event was also attended by high profile presenters like former Governor of NRB Mr. Dipendra Bahadur Chettri, Executive Director of NRB Mr. Nar Bahadur Thapa, and banking expert Mr. Anal Raj Bhattarai among others.

The event saw a candid discussion on various aspects of Nepalese banking fraternity, its challenges and opportunities in the changed context among other burning issues, as per the media statement.
