Narayani Development Bank to convene its 13th, 14th and 15th AGM on Shrawan 22

Narayani Development Bank Limited (NABBC) will be convening its 13th, 14th and 15th AGM on Shrawan 22, 2075.
As per the decision made by the meeting of the board of directors on Ashadh 32, 2075, the AGM will be held at Star Banquet, Ratnanagar, Chitwan at 11:00 AM.
Main agendas of the meeting include issuance of audited report from fiscal year 2070/71 to 2072/73 and appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75
NABBC had been declared as a crisis-ridden bank on Baishakh 11, 2071.
