Narayani Development Bank appoints Global IME Capital as issue manager to float its 26.24 lakh unit right shares

Narayani Development Bank has appointed Global IME Capital as the issue manager for the issuance of its (1:1 ratio) 26.24 lakh unit shares to its shareholders.
The MoU was signed between CEO of the development bank Mr. Pashupati Paudel and CEO of Global IME Capital Mr. Paras Mani Dhakal amid a program, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has its presence via 5 branches in 3 districts.
