Nagendra Sah Appointed Executive Director of Nepal Oil Corporation

Nagendra Sah has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) following a decision by the Council of Ministers.

According to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, the Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday approved Sah's appointment. Ministry spokesperson Netra Prasad Subedi confirmed the decision to RSS.

A chartered accountant from Nagarain Municipality–3 of Dhanusha, Sah had been serving as the acting Executive Director of the state-owned corporation prior to his appointment.

He secured the position through an open competitive selection process. Earlier, the recommendation committee had shortlisted three candidates for the post, including Sah, along with Kaushal KC of Pyuthan and Sanji Kumaar Dev of Saptari, before the government finalized the appointment.
