Nagbeli Laghubitta announces 39.86% Stock and 20% Cash Dividend

The 162th BOD meeting of Nagbeli Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited has proposed 39.86 percent bonus share and 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The BoD meeting of bank held on Kartik 26, 2071 has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
