Nagarkot Resort Limited Holds 3rd AGM, Reports Profit and Expansion Plans
Nagarkot Resort Limited held its third annual general meeting, chaired by Chairman Suren Raut Chhetri, approving the board’s report, assets, profit and loss, and cash flow statements for the fiscal year 2081/82. The resort recorded a turnover of NPR 4.85 crore with a net profit of NPR 55 lakh.
Currently operating 24 rooms, the resort is advancing the construction of a new building, spa, and conference hall under its second phase. Chairman Chhetri highlighted the company’s rapid progress and commitment to establishing Nagarkot Resort as a leading tourism destination in Nepal, focusing on sustainable tourism, local collaboration, and premium hospitality. The company is also preparing for an IPO, having received a “BB” rating from Care Ratings Nepal.
