Nagarik Stock Dealer calls its very first AGM; What are the agendas?

Nagarik Stock Dealer Company Limited has called its very first AGM on Poush 28, i.e. January 12, 2021.

The AGM will be organized in Hotel Yellow Pagoda, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, starting at 4: 15 PM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

a) Endorse the annual report presented by the management committee.
b) Endorse the financial reports (cash flow, PNL statement, etc.) of the company.
c) Regarding consultation with the Office of the Auditor-General for auditor appointment for FY 2077/78.
d) Discuss the amendment of the company's management letter and directives.
