Nagarik Laghubitta to convene AGM on Ashoj 02, 2076; Swap ratio with WOMI maintained at 100:72

Nagarik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NAGARIK) has published a notice calling for a Special General Meeting (SGM).
The meeting will be held on Ashoj 02, 2076 (Thursday) at the premises of Anupam Foodland and Banquets, Battisputali, Kathmandu from 2 PM onwards.
The special agenda of the meeting includes:
- Providing approval to the merger and acquisition (M&A) of Nagarik Laghubitta and Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI).
- Reviewing the DDA report and approving the proposed swap ratio of 100:72 i.e. for 100 unit shares of NAGARIK 72 unit shares of WOMI will be maintained.
