The eighteenth AGM of Citizen Investment Trust will be held on July 13, 2013 from 11 am at Nepal Academy in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The main agenda at the meeting would be the proposed distribution of 40 percent bonus shares and cash dividend for tax purpose among shareholders. The AGM is also set to elect a shareholders’ representative to the Board of Directors.
The company has announced book closure date for this AGM on June 25, 2013. That ways, today is the last trading day before its book closure in the secondary market of Nepal.
