Nabil Investment to convene AGM on 13th Poush; 20% cash dividend proposed

Nabil Investment Banking Limited, subsidiary of Nabil Bank, is going to convene its 9^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 13, 2075 (December 28, 2018). The meeting is going to be held at Nabil Investment Banking’s office in Naxal, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are endorsement of 20% cash dividend worth Rs.4 Crore, endorsement of financial statements of FY 2074/75, and appointment of auditor for FY 2075/76. Nabil Bank holds 52% stake in Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
