Nabil Investment Banking Inks Corporate Advisory related service with Shreenagar Agritec Industry

Nabil Investment Banking has inked a corporate advisory service-related agreement with Shreenagar Agritec Industries so as to support later to go public by floating its shares to the general public and to help it secure financial resources from the market.

The MoU was signed between MD of Shreenagar Agritec Mr. Satish Chan Shrestha and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Manish Joshi, as per the media statement.

Shreenagar Agritech has been working in the field of agriculture and related technology in Nepal for last two decades, provides direct employment to 300 plus individuals and links more than 5000 farmers directly and indirectly into the chain. Agritec currently has its industries at Palpa and Rupandehi while its products are liked across 40 plus districts of the nation, as per the media statement.
