Nabil Investment Banking inks corporate advisory pact with Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank; clients to enjoy a range of advisory services

Nabil Investment Banking has signed a corporate advisory related agreement with Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank on Ashojj 5, 2077. The agreement was signed between CEO of Nabil Investment Banking Mr. Sabir Bade Shrestha and CEO of Kamana Sewa Bikash Bank Mr. Prabin Basnet.

After the agreement, Kamana Sewa Bank will receive expert advisory service from the investment bank, as per the media statement. Nabil Investment Banking has been providing a range of corporate advisory services that include restructuring and valuation, private equity, hedge fund, business plan, wealth management, loan syndication, merger and acquisition, working capital financing, investment consultancy, venture capital, FDI related advisory and so on.
