Nabil Investment Banking Limited has announced its 11th AGM on Kartik 26, i.e. November 11. The AGM will be held in the company's meeting hall at Naxal, Kathmandu, starting from 11 am.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
- Discussion on the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77.
- Presentation of the auditor's report on cash flow, PNL, etc.
- Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/88 and approval of the auditor's compensation.
- Endorsement of 20% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77 amounting to Rs. 4 crores.
- Miscellaneous.
Similarly, Muktinath Capital Limited has also announced its 11th AGM on Kartik 27, i.e. November 12. The AGM will be held in Times Square Restaurant at Baluwatar, Kathmandu, starting from 10:30 am.
Among other agendas, the AGM will discuss the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77, cash flow and PNL, auditor appointment, etc.
