Nabil Bank’s Free Burn Treatment Camp Benefits 85 Patients in Dang
A free burn treatment camp organized at Rapti Academy of Health Sciences in Ghorahi, Dang, provided treatment and consultation services to 85 patients. The four-day camp was jointly organized by Nabil Bank Limited and the academy in collaboration with Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital. According to the bank, 25 patients underwent surgery, while 12 critically injured patients were referred to Kathmandu for further treatment.
Nabil Bank stated that the initiative was aimed at providing quality healthcare services to burn victims in remote areas lacking specialized treatment centers. CEO Manoj Kumar Gyawali said nearly 500 patients across four provinces have benefited from similar camps conducted under the bank’s corporate social responsibility programs. Officials from Rapti Academy of Health Sciences also praised the initiative, noting that the camp brought much-needed relief to burn patients in the region.
