The BOD meeting of Myagdi Hydropower Limited has decided that the 12th AGM of the company will be held on Mangsir 12, 2076 (November 28, 2019) at the registered office of the company in Baluwatar from 3 PM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77.
