Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL)'s 22nd AGM on 19th Mangsir; Book closure on 11th Mangsir

Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) has announced its 22nd AGM on 19th Mangsir.

The 359th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 19 has announced the AGM to be held in the company's central office in Rajbiraj, Saptari that day. It will commence at 11 am.

These are the agendas of the meeting:

a) To present the report for the fiscal year 2075/76 prepared by the board of directors.
b) To endorse the profit and loss statement, cash flow, etc. as of Ashad end 2076 along with the report of the auditor.
c) To discuss auditor appointment for FY 2076/77 and allocation of compensation.

Books will be closed from Mangsir 11. Thus, only the investors maintained before that date are eligible to participate in the AGM.
