Muktinath Krishi Company to Issue Rights Shares, Appoints Nepal Life Capital as Issue Manager

Muktinath Krishi Company Limited (MKCL) has announced the issuance of rights shares in the ratio of 1:0.6, issuing 4.536 million shares at a face value of NPR 100 each, amounting to NPR 453.6 million.

The company has appointed Nepal Life Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for the rights offering. MKCL is a leading agribusiness company working to strengthen Nepal’s agricultural value chain by connecting farmers and consumers, while Nepal Life Capital is a licensed merchant banker and a subsidiary of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited.
