Muktinath Capital convenes 13th AGM; endorses all highlights of previous fiscal year

Muktinath Capital has convened its 13th AGM on Bhadra 23, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sitaram Kafle.

Apart from endorsing other financial reports for the fiscal year 2077-78, the AGM has also endorsed the decision to amend its memorandum, as per the media statement.

Muktinath capital has received permission from SEBON to function as issue manager, share registrar, portfolio management, depository partner, share underwriter, and corporate advisory service.
