Muktinath Capital convenes 12th AGM; endorses 18% cash dividend

Muktinath Capital has convened its 12th AGM on Aswin 3, 2078 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sitaram Kafle.
Apart from endorsing other financial reports for the fiscal year 2077-78, the AGM has also endorsed 18% cash dividend.
Muktinath capital has received permission from SEBON to function as issue manager, share registrar, portfolio management, depository partner, share underwriter, and corporate advisory service.
