Muktinath Bikash Bank virtually convenes its 14th AGM; endorses proposal of 15.50% dividend to its shareholders

Muktinath Bikash Bank has convened its 14th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bharat Raj Dhakal.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide a 4.25% cash dividend and 11.25% bonus shares to the shareholders from its previous year’s profit, as per the media statement.
The leading development bank also live-streamed its AGM event with an aim to prevent the gathering of a large mass amid the COVID infection, as per the media statement.
