Muktinath Bikas Bank to provide more customer friendly home loans; to refund administrative charges and provide free accidental and health insurance

Muktinath Bikas Bank has brought out new scheme of housing loan in which the interested customers can avail such loans worth of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 5 crore with loan repayment period of upto 20 years.

The bank has decided to reward those who are regular in loan repayment by refunding the administrative charges and by providing free accidental and health insurance service for the first year of the loan period. Those who are willing can receive this credit facility from all the branches of the bank, states the bank, the loan amount which can be utilized to purchase homes or the land to construct the residential home.
